Four Seasons St. Louis is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Finance Department with payroll, accounts payable, and general cashiering while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations: Prepare and post journal entries and maintain GL accuracy.
• Account Reconciliations: Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and schedules for management.
• Audit Support: Provide documentation for internal and external audits.
• Financial Close Process: Assist with month-end and year-end close activities and reporting.
• Compliance & Controls: Adhere to accounting policies and internal controls.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to support financial operations.
