Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is seeking an Accountant to join our finance team. This role supports the Finance department with AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end close while upholding Four Seasons’ high standards of financial integrity and guest service.

You will assist with vendor management, internal controls, and cross-team collaboration, reporting to the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance.

Qualifications

• High school/college education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing invoices and manual cheques through the procurement system.
• Ensure vendor payments are made correctly and per terms.
• Maintain an approved vendor listing file and respond to receivables inquiries.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with offshore AP, Income Audit, and Payroll teams as needed.
• Assist with Month-End Close and internal audits.
