Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts and La Posada de Santa Fe, a Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, are seeking a Director of Finance to provide ethical leadership in the hotel’s financial operations. You will guide management on profitability, ensure accurate reporting, and safeguard owners’ assets while maintaining strong internal controls.

Responsibilities include cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and developing finance staff, with adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of related progressive experience in hotel accounting and/or finance.
• Long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Chief Business Officer to the general manager and EC Team.
• Ensure timely cash flow statements and deposits, and monitor receivables and cash balances.
• Maintain internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard assets.
• Prepare, analyze and review forecasts and budgets with department managers.
• Develop and mentor finance staff and ensure timely financial reporting.
