Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance to lead day-to-day accounting operations and provide financial leadership to the business. Responsibilities include financial analysis, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and controls, asset and liability reconciliation, and cash management.

Support capital expenditure ROI analyses, owner relations and owner reporting. You'll manage a team, drive performance against budget goals, and ensure strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3-5 years as assistant Controller in Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Interview, train, coach, and support associates to uphold brand standards and HHM core values.
• Analyze financial data to advise hotel management and optimize operations.
• Lead reporting to ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analyses for capital expenditures.
• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and profitability.
• Prepare owner reports and manage owner relations.
