Boston Harbor Hotel is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance to lead the accounting office under the Director of Finance and Accounting. You will provide financial leadership, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and support capital expenditure analysis and owner reporting.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, timely financial reporting, and safeguarding assets while improving profitability. Growth paths include progression to higher finance leadership roles within HHM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3-5 years as assistant Controller in Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the accounting office and assist the Director of Finance and Accounting in providing financial leadership to the business.
• Provide financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control.
• Assist with capital expenditure plans (ROI analysis) and owner relations reporting.
