Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and skilled trades across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems.
• Ability to operate, repair, and maintain hotel facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests with professional, courteous service.
• Operate, repair and maintain lighting and related systems.
• Operate, repair and maintain plumbing systems.
• Repair and maintain hotel appliances and equipment.
• Paint surfaces and perform minor wall repairs and furniture touch-ups.
• Repair and maintain lock and key system.
• Perform minor construction work.
• Inspect and repair kitchen and restaurant equipment.
• Ensure all projects meet specifications and deadlines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
