Job summary

Oliver Hotels & Resorts seeks a professional maintenance technician to handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety checks across guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities. You will help keep the pool area compliant with standards while maintaining exterior property appearance and equipment safety.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. A Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or the ability to obtain one is required to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Responds to reported work orders and performs general repairs.
• Performs preventative maintenance on all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.
• Assists with maintaining the pool area according to company and brand standards in addition to applicable state and local codes.
• Maintains external property appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot.
• Ensures all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized and secured.
• Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation.
• Operates common power and hand tools safely.
• Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
