Job summary

OCI Hospitality in Colorado is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to support hotel operations. You will respond to work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and care for guest areas, public spaces, and equipment to ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to handle stressful situations, and a valid Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Responds to reported work orders and performs general repairs.
• Performs preventative maintenance on all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.
• Assists with maintaining the pool area according to company and brand standards in addition to applicable state and local codes.
• Maintains external property appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot.
• Ensures all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized and secured.
• Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation.
• Operates common power and hand tools safely.
• Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
