Job summary

Hampton by Hilton is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician to handle repairs and routine maintenance across the property in Lakewood, Colorado. This role includes pool area upkeep, lawn and exterior maintenance, and ensuring clean, organized maintenance spaces.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, an ability to work under pressure, and a valid Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Responds to reported work orders and performs general repairs.
• Performs preventative maintenance on all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.
• Assists with maintaining the pool area according to company and brand standards in addition to applicable state and local codes.
• Maintains external property appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot.
• Ensures all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized and secured.
• Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation.
• Operates common power and hand tools safely.
• Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
