Job summary

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is seeking a Maintenance Tech/Certified Pool Operator with 2+ years of experience in hotels or apartments hospitality. The role includes maintenance repairs and operating pool systems, electrical, plumbing and related equipment.

You will respond promptly to guest issues, maintain pool water quality to state standards, log activities per DHEC, and hold a valid driver’s license and a CPO license. Excellent organization and communication are crucial.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in Hotels/Apartments Hospitality.
• Maintenance repairs including plumbing, painting, lighting and electrical work.
• Ability to respond promptly to front desk reports of guest issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool water quality per state standards
• Operate and troubleshoot pool motors, heaters, and electrical systems
• Perform maintenance in guest rooms (plumbing, hardware, electrical, AC)
• Maintain logbook per DHEC standards
