Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform routine and preventive maintenance of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Respond to guest requests and emergencies quickly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with other department teams.
• Manage maintenance inventory and procurement of supplies.
• Keep detailed records of inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs.
• Contribute to the hotel's sustainability initiatives.
