Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance on facility systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical fundamentals.
• Able to read technical manuals and work orders.
• Awareness of safety and regulatory standards in hospitality.
• Strong time management and prioritization in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests to ensure safety and comfort.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, plumbing, and minor electrical issues.
• Inspect guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities regularly.
• Maintain maintenance logs and equipment records accurately.
• Assist with setup, repair, and upkeep of fixtures, furnishings, and appliances.
• Follow safety, fire, and regulatory standards; report hazards.
• Coordinate with vendors and departments to complete repairs efficiently.
• Support energy conservation and equipment lifecycles.
• Participate in on-call rotations, shift work, and emergency response as needed.
