Marriott’s Engineering & Maintenance team seeks a Maintenance Engineer to ensure safe, reliable operation of hotel facilities. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and guestroom systems, respond to service requests, and support renovations and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience performing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform quality repairs with minimal downtime.
• Experience inspecting guestrooms and public areas for safety and quality.
• Familiarity with building codes and OSHA standards.
• Proficient in reading manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with building automation basics and control systems.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to guest and staff requests and diagnose issues.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas and document findings.
• Support capital projects, upgrades and vendor coordination.

• Follow safety policies, lockout/tagout and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks and share knowledge.
• Provide on-call support, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

As a Maintenance Engineer at Marriott in our Engineering & Maintenance department, you'll ensure the safe, reliable operation of hotel facilities within a world class Hospitality & Travel environment. You'll perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and guestroom systems, respond to service requests, and support renovations and equipment upgrades. Collaborating with a people first team, you'll uphold brand, safety, and quality standards while helping deliver exceptional guest experiences and supporting Marriott's global portfolio and your long term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure safe, efficient hotel operations
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests, diagnosing issues and completing quality repairs with minimal downtime
• Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, documenting findings and corrective actions
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and vendor coordination in alignment with Marriott brand and safety standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory of tools and spare parts
• Follow all safety, compliance, and environmental policies, including lockout/tagout and OSHA standards
• Collaborate with Engineering & Maintenance team to prioritize work, share technical knowledge, and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Provide on-call support, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support 24/7 hotel operations
