Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to uphold critical hotel infrastructure. You will service boilers, refrigeration units, chillers, and electrical systems, implementing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

The role requires hands-on experience with boilers, chilled water systems, and CMMS proficiency, plus the ability to read schematics and collaborate with hotel operations to avoid guest disruption.

Qualifications

• HVAC/plumbing/refrigeration basics for hotel facilities.
• Experience with boilers, refrigeration units, and chilled water systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on boilers, plumbing, refrigeration, compressors, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to maintain system efficiency.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Coordinate with hotel management to minimize disruption to guests.
