About the Role:

The Maintenance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of all mechanical and electrical systems within the facility, with a particular focus on hotel environments. This position is responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of boilers, refrigeration units, compressors, and chilled water systems to maintain optimal performance and safety standards. The Maintenance Engineer will implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training in mechanical or electrical engineering fields.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing and chilled water systems relevant to hotel or commercial facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to comply with safety regulations and protocols.
