Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Hotel Maintenance professional to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's infrastructure as well as managing maintenance needs for rooms and all common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

As the Hotel Maintenance Manager, you should have experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, be organized, and committed to health and safety standards at all times, with a focus on minimizing disruptions to guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly diagnose the root cause of failures and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Strong communication with site staff, internal partners, external vendors, and groups.

Responsibilities

• Inspect hotel regularly to ensure safety standards
• Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms and public areas
• Undertake repair and maintenance projects without disturbing guests
• Communicate all problems and resolve them or make recommendations to upper management for resolution
• Maintain budgets, expenses and activity logs
