Hotel Equities is seeking a dependable Facilities Supervisor PC to join our team. This role supports hotel operations, delivers service excellence, and helps the team achieve operational goals.

You’ll oversee maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and systems to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning property. The successful candidate will have hotel maintenance experience, a basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting, and the ability to troubleshoot

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in hotel maintenance, engineering, facilities, or building maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine maintenance issues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safe use of basic hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and building systems to identify needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, associates, and management.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and common areas in safe, operational condition.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and other tasks as needed.
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Follow all safety, brand, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to urgent property needs and assist with emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
