Job summary

The Westin Richmond is seeking a maintenance engineer to care for the hotel's facilities, including building structure and all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. You will help keep guest areas attractive and operational, following energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues, maintaining locks and laundry equipment, and assisting with seasonal tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Engineering experience preferred.
• HVAC and/or Electrical certifications required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Perform and document preventive maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain guest room electronic lock systems, including programming and reporting.
