Qualifications

• Able to read and follow maintenance instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and guest areas.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment.
• Repair and refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain exterior spaces and housekeeping-related tasks as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
