Qualifications

• Experience supervising hotel maintenance or engineering teams.
• Knowledge of life safety systems, inspections, and building codes.
• Ability to manage budgets and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Assume control of Engineering Department when Chief Engineer is unavailable.
• Supervise and train engineering staff; assign tasks and monitor productivity.
• Monitor Life Safety systems, coordinate PM programs and inspections.
• Maintain energy efficiency and proper operating conditions for all hotel spaces.
