Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as restaurant floor supervisor or manager.
• Beverage knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide management support to ensure quality service during assigned shifts.
• Plan and direct front-line staff to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
• Oversee departmental operations aligned with strategic goals.
• Assist with interviewing, training, supervision, and disciplinary processes.
