Job summary

Colwen Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for AC Hotel Cleveland Circle in Brighton, MA. You will coordinate and direct all F&B operations, control costs, and drive guest satisfaction, while working with hotel leadership and sales teams.

The role requires 2 years of F&B management experience (hotel preferred), strong leadership, and certification in T.I.P.S. and ServSafe. You will manage staff, set budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations on a rotating 7-day schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years F&B management experience (hotel exp. preferred)
• T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certifications to be current
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with common computer software; ability to operate POS system

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, supervise and direct all property food and beverage operations
• Control F&B costs while driving guest satisfaction
• Recruit, interview and hire F&B staff for the hotel
• Train and support F&B staff and ensure performance to Colwen standards
• Set departmental targets, schedules and budgets
• Ensure compliance with liquor and food safety standards
• Develop menus with the F&B team
• Maintain regular departmental meetings and pre-shift briefings
