Job summary

AC Hotel Cleveland Circle, a Colwen Hotels property, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team in Brighton, MA. The role includes guest registration, reservations, and sharing local area information.

You will handle check-ins/check-outs, ensure billing accuracy, and maintain high standards of service while coordinating with housekeeping and other departments. This position requires a 7-day rotating schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience, hotel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries and other needs during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout, and post-departure.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Efficiently manage the operations of the front desk, ensure check in and check out is timely.
• Warmly and professionally welcome all guests.
• Process guest check-in: confirm reservations, assign guest rooms.
