Job summary

sbe is seeking an experienced F&B Manager for the V Capri Hotel in Palm Springs, CA. The role oversees all property food and beverage operations, balancing profitability with high-quality service to enhance guest experiences.

You will lead budgeting, staffing, and SOP adherence while driving revenue and maintaining standards. This on-site position requires leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with scheduling flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a focus on reducing

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in hospitality field.
• Preferred 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 4 or more years of related experience.
• Full-time, on-site position with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all F&B personnel and maintain service standards.
• Prepare and manage the F&B budget and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and health regulations.
• Coordinate menu planning and product quality.
• Drive guest satisfaction and respond to complaints.
• Conduct department meetings and prepare required reports.
