HQ Hotels is seeking a seasoned F&B Manager for the V Capri Hotel in Palm Springs, CA. The role oversees all property food and beverage operations, aiming to sustain profitable performance while upholding top-quality products and service levels.

The position requires leadership to drive revenue, manage payroll budgets, reduce turnover, and meet productivity goals with excellence. On-site work with full-time schedule and benefits offered.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in hospitality field.
• Preferred 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 4 or more years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all F&B personnel and analyze department performance.
• Prepare and monitor the F&B budget and forecast accordingly.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and maintain service quality.
• Coordinate with leadership and other departments on F&B issues.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and health regulations.
• Conduct regular department meetings and training on SOPs.
• Interview front-of-house F&B candidates and manage hiring approvals.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
