Paragon Hotels Ltd is seeking an Executive Housekeeper (Hourly) to lead the housekeeping team, ensuring top cleanliness and cost control in a branded hotel. The role requires 3+ years of supervisory hotel experience and a high school diploma, with a focus on professionalism, attendance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities include directing daily housekeeping operations, maintaining inventory, and enforcing OSHA/ADA compliance, while coordinating with maintenance for timely upkeep.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel supervision.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must display professionalism and have honesty and trustworthiness.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must have a valid driver’s license from the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Direct the housekeeping team and coordinate daily shift meetings.
• Inspect hotel areas to ensure sanitation, brand standards and safety compliance.
• Maintain supplies and process invoices for payment and inventory control.
• Ensure OSHA and ADA policies are followed and safety is prioritized.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for timely repair requests and upkeep of the property.
• Oversee labor within the designated Labor Model and manage Lost and Found.
