Job summary

Paragon Hotel Company is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the highest cleanliness standards across the property. You will manage staff, schedules, training, and inventory to support guest satisfaction.

This hourly role requires 3+ years in a branded hotel, a high school diploma, punctuality, and a valid driver's license. You will enforce safety and OSHA/ADA guidelines while maintaining a hospitable environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent of same.
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must have a valid driver's license from the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate housekeeping team activities through daily shift meetings and monthly dept. meetings.
• Inspect all hotel areas to ensure sanitation and safety standards are met.
• Maintain supplies and inventories; log and process invoices and payments.
• Ensure equipment is in working order and safe, secure key control.
• Train and coach staff; schedule within the labor model; respond to guest issues.
