McKibbon is seeking a Houseperson to support housekeeping by keeping public areas clean and inviting, stocking linens, and assisting with laundry delivery. You will ensure a welcoming, home-like stay with friendly guest-focused service and a commitment to the McKibbon Principles.

The role requires cleaning experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. 18+ and capable of lifting 20 lbs are required, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience is a plus.
• Great customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas: hallways, bathrooms, windows, and common areas.
• Stock linens and supplies for Room Attendants.
• Assist with laundry and trash removal.
• Identify cleaning tasks for efficient cleaning.
• Provide friendly, guest-focused service.
• Deliver requested items promptly.
• Maintain orderly storage areas to prevent clutter.
• Follow cleaning checklists to ensure consistency.
