Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Associates in Denver, Colorado is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department and ensure top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the hotel. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and inventory while partnering with the General Manager to maintain service standards, control costs, and implement department-wide programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory role in housekeeping, preferably in hotels.
• Experience managing staff, budgeting, and inventory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Office suite and housekeeping software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Plan schedules for guest rooms and public areas.
• Develop schedules within labor budgets.
• Inspect areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Monitor supplies and manage inventory.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Manage department budget and control costs.
• Coordinate with front desk on room status.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
