Job summary

Renaissance Denver Downtown Hotel, owned by Stonebridge, seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping team and ensure guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and service. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and inventory, while collaborating with the General Manager to maintain service standards and control costs.

This role manages daily housekeeping and laundry operations, recruits and trains staff, plans cleaning schedules, and develops budgets within

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel.
• Experience managing housekeeping operations including staff supervision, budgeting, and inventory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and housekeeping management software.
• Ability to develop budgets and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Plan and organize cleaning schedules for guest rooms and public areas.
• Develop staff schedules within labor guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Monitor supplies and inventory; place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance for repairs and upkeep.
• Monitor guest service scores and address issues.
• Oversee departmental budgeting and cost control.
• Coordinate with front desk on room status and clean room availability.
