Job summary

Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center is seeking a Maintenance Associate to join our Facilities team. This full-time, year-round role keeps the oceanfront property safe, functional, and welcoming, across multiple buildings and systems. Under the Facilities Director, you’ll support daily operations and guest satisfaction while handling repairs and routine upkeep.

Qualifications

• Maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across hotel buildings, guest rooms, and event spaces.
• Assist with basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and minor electrical tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections and report safety or repair concerns.
• Support seasonal tasks such as pool maintenance, snow removal, and landscaping.
