Job summary

The Bay Club Resort in Ocean City, MD is seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to join our team. This full-time, year-round role supports maintenance tasks, responds to guest repair requests, and performs preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, coordinating with shifts, and contributing to a safe, clean environment for guests and staff. Weekend and on-call coverage are required; training and robust benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance preferred or demonstrated ability to learn.
• Willingness to work weekends and on-call rotating shifts.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities maintenance and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform basic repairs on equipment and maintain tools and inventory.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
