• Oversees daily cleanliness and ensures tasks meet hotel standards.
• Schedules meal and rest breaks for assigned personnel.
• Handles guest comments/complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintains neat, clean, and properly maintained public spaces.
• Ensures all staff work meets standards and follows policies and SOPs.
