Job summary

Ft Yuma Quechan Indian Tribe is seeking an Experienced EVS Supervisor to lead the Environmental Services team at Quechan Casino Resort in Winterhaven, CA. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming casino environment 24/7, supervising custodial staff, and ensuring high presentation standards.

The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, provide training and management, and contribute to operational excellence and guest satisfaction within the casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Three years custodial experience
• One year supervisor experience
• Must be 21 years of age
• Pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen
• Background investigation
• Obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California
• Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced EVS Supervisor to lead our Environmental Services team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming casino environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all gaming areas, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and restrooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation-24/7.

As an EVS Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in supporting operational excellence and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications: Under general direction of the EVS Manager, supervises the daily activities of custodial services, including personnel assignments, training and management, quality assurance and inventory control.

High school diploma or GED. Three years custodial experience, one year supervisor experience.Must be 21 years of age.Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.
