Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.

• Greets and seats guests promptly according to floor plan.

• Answers telephone and takes reservations.
• Finalizes guest ticket transactions and processes payments.
• Maintains cleanliness of reception area, menus and cashier desk.
• Fills in as a server or busser when needed.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
