Job Description

We are seeking a Hotel Engineering Supervisor for a position that requires 100% out-of-state travel. The role offers a pay rate of $30 per hour plus overtime, with a task force rotation schedule. The candidate must have experience as a Hotel Engineering Supervisor.

Benefits include travel expenses and two meals per day.

Essential Responsibilities and Requirements

• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms
• Supervise and oversee the functionality and safety of the facility, including buildings, mechanical, electrical, heating, cooling, life safety systems, and grounds, in compliance with regulations
• Conduct facility inspections
• Assign, verify, and document routine maintenance and repairs in the property management system
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program for guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, and equipment
• Lead and manage capital projects and property rehabilitations, including scheduling, budgeting, and contractor bidding standards

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as Chief Hotel Engineer or Hotel Engineering Manager
• At least 2 years as a Hotel Engineering Supervisor
• Ability to travel 100%
• Six-week travel rotations
