Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years building maintenance experience.

• Must meet state and federal certification/licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest repair requests and resolve issues.
• Perform daily inspections to identify safety hazards and repairs.
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, boilers and pumps.
• Train and mentor other engineers for team development.
• Operate and maintain building automation systems and energy management programs.
• Perform Engineer on Duty duties, including readings and rounds.
• Ensure safe operation and storage of tools and equipment.
• Support hotel operations with additional duties as assigned.
