Job summary

PM Hotel Group seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee this Merced property, maintaining guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house operations. You’ll develop preventive programs, schedule projects, and ensure safety and compliance while keeping the hotel looking fresh.

You’ll lead maintenance staff, coordinate with department heads, manage tools and supplies, and respond quickly to emergencies. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced hotel environment with a focus on reliability

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in a hotel
• Experience across HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing, roofing, landscaping
• Ability to handle high-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Lead, manage and communicate information about capital projects and property rehabilitation.
• Coordinate with hotel department heads to identify maintenance needs and respond quickly to requests.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and lead all maintenance staff.
