Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain property assets and perform routine inspections.
• Understand preventive maintenance and capital expenditures with the Chief Engineer.
• Provide high level of guest service and respond to guest requests promptly.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and repair of hotel property, grounds, and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and asset protection activities.
• Assist with safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Drive maintenance equipment such as carts and ice surfacing machines where needed.
• Collaborate with managers to propose maintenance solutions and SOP adherence.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with regulations.
