Qualifications

• Previous hotel engineering experience required, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building construction.
• State certification or licensure where required.
• Able to read drawings/diagrams/blueprints and understand test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel is in great working order and meets operational standards.
• Conduct walk-throughs and assess maintenance of structures, systems, and equipment.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program for Rooms and Public Areas with updated records.
• Collaborate with hotel management and General Manager.
• Hire, train, supervise and coach associates.
• Maintain grounds for arrival experience.
• Implement safety policies and OSHA HazCom program.
