Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls promptly (within 30 minutes).
• Troubleshoot defects and take corrective action for guest-related issues.
• Perform repair, maintenance, alteration and installation tasks per procedures.
• Comply with applicable Codes and requirements.
• Coordinate with other trades to complete work.
