Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair, inspect and maintain utility services, inventory and tools.
• Repair and program hotel electronic lock systems and fixtures.
• Test boilers, read equipment measurements and troubleshoot repairs.
• Perform plumbing repairs, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting tasks.
• Inspect equipment regularly and maintain preventive maintenance records.
• Follow safety rules and local/state/federal codes, including FEHA compliance.
