Job summary

Estate Yountville in Napa Valley seeks an Engineering Manager to lead daily operations of the Engineering Department across guest rooms, villas, public spaces, restaurants, spa, pools and back-of-house areas, maintaining luxury standards.

You will champion the Preventive Maintenance Program, develop schedules, monitor performance, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage to keep rooms guest-ready and infrastructure reliable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an Engineering team in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong preventive maintenance leadership and scheduling.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure peak operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Preventive Maintenance Program for guest rooms, villas, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities.
• Develop and manage annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily maintenance schedules.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed on time and to luxury standards.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Spa, Landscaping for seamless guest experiences.
