Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in building management/engineering in the hospitality industry.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Direct all facets of engineering operations and preventive maintenance.
• Lead the maintenance staff, budgeting, and asset protection.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with General Manager and departments to maintain hotel operations.
• Oversee emergency programs and safety procedures.
