Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in building management/engineering in hospitality.

• Three+ years of managerial experience managing budgets, vendors, and projects.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Direct all facets of engineering operations including maintenance programs and repairs.
• Lead maintenance staff, budgeting, asset protection, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with GM and supervisors on preventive maintenance and projects.
• Inspect facilities, manage emergencies, and maintain safe environments for guests.
