Job summary

The Alloy a DoubleTree by Hilton is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to manage hotel maintenance operations. You will supervise a team, oversee HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, and drive energy-efficient practices to maintain a safe, comfortable guest environment.

Qualifications

• Prior lead maintenance tech/engineering supervisor experience required.
• Prefer experience in hotel/facility maintenance settings.
• Able to manage HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems with energy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure high-quality maintenance services across the hotel facilities.
• Lead and train engineering staff, supervise contractors, and enforce safety standards.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems; perform preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with departments to meet guest services needs and budgets.
• Manage energy management programs and report on equipment conditions.
