The Alloy a DoubleTree by Hilton in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 to join our full-time engineering team. You will perform day-to-day maintenance, troubleshoot, and support energy efficiency initiatives under Engineering Management.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience as a maintenance tech/building engineer, with hotel or residential exposure preferred, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior Maintenance Tech/Building Engineer experience is required.
• 2-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Hotel or residential property experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Takes on day-to-day maintenance of hotel equipment and systems.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and general repairs as needed.
• Train and guide junior staff when required.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and issues.
