• 2-5 years of lead maintenance tech or engineering supervisor experience.
• Preferably in building or hotel maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure safe, efficient operation of building systems.
• Schedule and verify routine maintenance of public spaces, offices and equipment.
• Assist in hiring, training, and disciplining department staff.
• Adhere to purchasing policies, bids, budgets, and OSHA safety procedures.
• Maintain Energy Management and preventive maintenance programs.
• Communicate building status and propose cost-effective improvements.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping on guest needs.
• Respond to guest concerns with professional service.
