The role requires 2 to 5 years of hands-on facility maintenance, knowledge of HVAC, mechanical and life-safety systems, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in hands-on facility maintenance or lead technician work.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
• Good problem-solving abilities and clear communication.
• Basic computer proficiency for work-order tracking.
• Ability to lift heavy gear, climb ladders, and work flexible hours.
