Homewood Suites By Hilton St Louis - Galleria is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the hotel's maintenance and engineering operations, ensuring all systems and facilities run safely and efficiently. You will manage a team, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and uphold safety and brand standards to keep guests comfortable and safe.

You’ll report to the General Manager and have opportunities for progression within the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in this exact position.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• A combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the backbone of hotel operations, ensuring all systems and equipment run smoothly for guests.
• Manage maintenance staff, oversee repairs and upgrades, and ensure safety regulations and codes are met.
• Report to the General Manager.
• Offer clear career progression within hospitality, including regional or corporate roles.
